A shopping basket that stands for packing and folds when the trip is over.

  1. Stand the basket open at the checkout to pack a small grocery shop, placing heavier items at the bottom.

  2. Carry picnic supplies in the upright basket and fold it after unpacking.

  3. Keep the folded basket in a cupboard for collecting household items that need to move to another room.

THE IDEA BEHIND IT

A small detail,
thought all the way through.

A supported base makes loading easier while soft sides allow a flat fold. Short hand-carry loops and longer shoulder straps share reinforced attachment paths rather than relying on small isolated tabs.

Refined for real life

Use a light textile structure and removable base instead of a heavy folding crate.
